Very personal thing for all the Brides mostly.. Invitations details for photo and video shoot on the day is already included in this package. You are welcome to customize it based on your idea preference, and after wedding you can keep this with you as your wedding gift memory.

Choose your bouquet carefully, make sure it matches your beautiful wedding dress.. So don’t worry this is all adjustable and open for another ideas and discussions definitely.

WELCOME AREA

Most important area! Yes! Why? Because this is will be the first impression of all the invited guests in the wedding. Preparing it well, making all the concept great is totally a value!

Material : Mirror, Board, Fabric, Acrylic – follows the overall concept

REGISTRATION TABLE

Going through the welcome area, all the guests will need to fill up the guest book at the registrations table for sure. Making it convenient yet still looking chic is a statement.

Inclusions : Guest book, Money box, Frame with printed prewedding photos

PHOTO GALLERY

Capturing moment is such a real beauty. Therefore, we want to deliver it by providing the photo gallery decorations in a wedding. Also, this is very often become an entrance decorations into a wedding reception area.

TEA CEREMONY

Please be noted that not all bride & groom to be will need this Tea Ceremony ritual, so that’s the reason why some weddings have that, and some weddings don’t. However, I have some notes for you..

Please make sure you know the exact colors that allowed in this Tea Ceremony Decorations.. Does it have to be red color? If no, well you can play with any color tone for this!

COCTAIL AREA / PHOTOBOOTH

Spending 30 minutes – 1 hour in this area after ceremony while waiting to the dinner is always be favorite part for all the wedding attendees’, Reason is because during this time is a sunset time, where all of them will be seating on some couches, sofas, chit chat on cocktail tables, taking bunch of photos, having their cocktails, canapés, etc. It’s exciting!

Cocktail table & BAR are usually provided by venue / caterer

BRIDAL TABLE

6 pax of a bridal table or a sweetheart table that only consist of Bride & Groom? Well, it’s depended on client’s preference. Once they confirm they will go for bridal table / sweetheart table, we will be able to come up with all the designs & ideas.

Available for : 6 pax / Sweetheart table (2 pax)

DANCE FLOOR

Dance floor is being the main area of a wedding, because this is where all the activities will be placed at such as speeches, first dance, toast, games, etc. It normally comes in white, wooden or mirror finishing.. And Initial letter will be additional if client requests for that.

ADDITIONAL – FLOORING & INITIAL LOGO

GUEST TABLE

ROUND, LOW & HIGH

CENTER PIECE – 10 pax maximum per 1 round table.

Having a special day with special invited people, it is necessary to have the best set up for them! Round table, mixing low and high centerpiece to give volume to the wedding decorations could be a great idea. Let’s explore more..

LONGTABLE, LOW CENTERPIECE – 6 pax maximum per 1 long table

For those who are requesting to have a long table, this will be an additional cost because we will be needing more tables and more flowers to set up on for the decorations. However, this long table can be especially set up for the main family, VIP invitations etc.

TENT & DECORATION

We called it roder tent, and its not only for preventing the rain but also it becomes one of the most favorite wedding concept nowadays.. Because that big size tent is giving a statement to the decorations in making it look more luxury, grand, and making the area of the decorations looks fuller and stunning. We can play around with drapes, hanging greeneries, chandelier, flowers, etc.
